Sad news for AXA Belgium with the passing away of Kurt Van Bruysel
Kurt Van Bruysel, who sadly passed away at the beginning of December, was Head of Strategic Office P&C Retail at AXA Belgium since October 2017, but he has been working within the company for more than 20 years. He started his career as a Production Inspector before moving to the operational departments of Royale Belge and AXA Belgium.
Through the years and before becoming Head of Strategic Office P&C Retail, Kurt Van Bruysel held several strong positions within AXA Belgium (Regional Director of Operations, Claims Director P&C and Head of Motor P&C Retail). AXA lost an important player in the company and a top-level insurance specialist. Kurt Van Bruysel was also described as a very human person, close to the people and with a good sense of humour. Our deepest sympathy goes out to his family, friends and colleagues.
