This year, we’re bringing you two disciplines:

• Futsal: classic 5-a-side football, fast-paced and indoor

• Padel: the rising star of racquet sports, played in doubles

Whether you’re here to win or just to have fun, everyone is welcome — all ages, levels, and genders!

If you want to participate as a “Player”, you must :

• be an actual, former, student Actuary whether in companies or a freelance role.
• motivate other actuaries to create a Team OR join as an individual player (we’ll assign you to a team!). You don’t need to be from the same company/departement/university. A team consists of min. 5 players for the Futsal and min. 2 players for the Padel. Players can be registered for Futsal and/or Padel.
• promote gender diversity in your Team.
• sign a disclamer onsite. The organizer does not provide individual accident insurance for participants, and any coverage of medical expenses or compensation following an accident.

Of course! We need you to cheer up on the field or at the bar!

You also need to be an Actuary as it is a networking event for the actuarial community and to register online.

Keep in mind that you need to : 

• choose a charity to support and defend on the field.
•  
•  fill in the registration form before May 2nd.  

The participation fee consists of a donation of min. 500€/team or 50€/individual. 

The donation must be paid on Asquare Partners account : BE90 3631 3529 4832 (ING- BIC : BBRUBEBB) – Communication : «Futsal Cup  + Name of your company OR Your name – ».

Asquare Partners will act as intermediary to collect and transfer all the donations to the TOP 3 associations.

Asquare Partners will cover all the costs linked to the logistics of the tournament.

Your registration includes:

• Access to the tournament (Futsal and/or Padel).
• Access to the parking and changing rooms
• Drinks & snacks.
• Networking moment.
• A chance to win the Actuaries Sports Cup Trophy 🏆

We’ve got you covered for all the essentials — but here’s what you should pack to be game-ready:

• Indoor sports shoes 

• Comfortable sportswear (shorts, t-shirt, etc.)

• Water bottle

• Positive energy & team spirit 💪

🔁 Optional 

• Your own padel racquet and/or balls  (if you prefer using your own gear)

• Company-branded sports gear or jerseys 🧢👕
  (Great for team photos and showing your colors!)

• Towel & change of clothes (for after the game)

• Fitness tracker or smartwatch (for the stats lovers 😉)
