It has now been published in the official government bulletin and will come into effect on 1 October 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For this purpose, Assuralia has explained the new rules. You can consult them here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.assuralia.be\/fr\/article\/resiliation-du-contrat-dassurance-les-regles-simplifiees\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">FR<\/span><\/a>\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.assuralia.be\/nl\/artikel\/de-opzegging-van-verzekeringsovereenkomsten-vereenvoudigde-regels\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NL<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"law-loans\">The House passed the law restricting the link between mortgage loans and insurance<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There has also been further progress on the implementation of a law aimed at restricting the link between mortgage loans and fire insurance.
