Particularly strong in car insurance policies, Yuzzu wants to grow faster in home and family insurance under a new name. With that new brand name, the company wanted to sound as fresh as the Japanese citrus of the same name.
With a mix of direct digital sales, distribution through traditional offices and telephone sales, the insurer wants to grow from 5 to 10 percent annually. The ambitions of Yuzzu are no less. As of today, out of Touring customer having an auto insurance, one quarter have a different insurance product as well. By focusing more on cross-selling, Yuzzu wants to further increase that percentage. They want to make it clear that they are not only active in the car business and promote its other lines of business.
