Jeroen Spinoy takes over as CEO of the P&V Group, Hilde Vernaillen becomes Chair of the Board of Directors
As CEO, Jeroen Spinoy will ensure the continuity of the Group’s cooperative mission and pursue its growth ambitions. Under the chairmanship of Hilde Vernaillen, the role of Chair of the Board of Directors will take on greater significance and become a full-time position: in collaboration with the cooperators, she will develop new initiatives to enhance the societal impact of the P&V Group.

Jeroen Spinoy is a business engineer and actuary by training. He joined the Group in 2020 and has 23 years of experience in various roles across multiple insurance companies. Since 2023, he has been a member of the Executive Committee and CRO.
Hilde Vernaillen, one of the longest-serving CEOs in the sector with 15 years of experience, welcomed her new role: “Since 1907, our Group has strived to make a positive societal contribution. This new role will only reinforce that ambition.”
