Voor hij Asquare Partners oprichtte, was Alexandre Manager bij een internationaal rekruteringsbureau, waar hij vijf consultants aanstuurde die gespecialiseerd waren in de financiële sector.

Zijn specifieke focus ligt op verzekeringen en financiële dienstverlening. Voor hij Asquare Partners oprichtte, was Anthony Business Manager bij een internationaal rekruteringsbureau, waar hij 18 consultants aanstuurde, actief op zowel freelance- als vaste opdrachten in de sectoren Verzekeringen, Financiële Diensten en Engineering."

With a particular focus on the insurance industry, Jean-Claude provides a full range of services from executive and board search to technical, leadership and management assessments. Previously, he held several CEO and board level positions, with Allianz, an international insurance and asset management solutions company, and with Mensura, a company specialised in workers compensation. Moreover, Jean-Claude was a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Assuralia and former chairman of the Belgian Institute of Actuaries (IA|BE). At present, Jean-Claude remains an administrator within several insurance companies. Jean-Claude holds a Master’s degree in Actuarial Sciences from Université Libre de Bruxelles and, is an IABE qualified actuary. He also graduated with an MBA (CEPAC) from Solvay School of Management.
