As of 2 March, Daniela Rizzo will join the Executive Committee of NN Insurance Belgium (NN) as the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). She will be responsible for the distribution of life and non-life insurance solutions through the independent broker network. In this role, she will help strengthen customer and partner satisfaction while supporting NN’s growth.
Over the past 24 years, Daniela Rizzo has worked at Belfius in both banking and insurance. For the past 3.5 years, she was a member of the Executive Committee of Belfius Insurance, where she was responsible for non-life insurance.

Philippe Bourdeaud'hui, Federale's new Chief Financial Officer
Sharing the news on his LinkedIn page, Philippe Bourdeaud'hui announced that he is starting the year with a new role as Chief Financial Officer at FEDERALE Assurance. Philippe began his career in consulting, holding several positions at PwC Belgium, before joining Euler Hermes as Head of Regional Controlling for Northern Europe and Belgium. After four years, he took advantage of an internal opportunity to step into the role of Chief Financial Officer for Euler Hermes BeLux. In 2021, he decided to join Marsh McLennan, where he led the Controllership team for MMC BeLux. Four years later, his career comes full circle as he reconnects with a familiar leadership role, taking on the position of Chief Financial Officer at FEDERALE Insurance. (Source)

Ludovic Theate takes the head of strategical planning, controlling and performance management at AXA Belgium
In January, Ludovic Theate announced that he will take on the role of Head of Strategic Planning, Controlling and Performance Management at AXA Belgium, effective 1 February 2026.
The news was shared on his LinkedIn page, accompanied by a message dedicated to his team at AXA.
Ludovic stated: “After two years as Head of Accounting & Reporting, I am very excited to take on a new role and to work more closely with our business leaders, supporting them in the preparation and monitoring of our Strategy and Business Plan. I would like to thank the Management Committee, and especially Roland Moquet, for their trust. Special thanks also to Antoine Boyer de la Giroday for his coaching since my first days at AXA. Didier Van Hecke is appointed Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of BNP Paribas Fortis
Didier Van Hecke has been appointed Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Fortis, reporting directly to CEO Michael Anseeuw. With extensive expertise in risk management, both in Belgium and internationally, his appointment recognises a career marked by many years of consistent service across various risk management roles.
A graduate in Business Engineering from KU Leuven, he joined the bancassurer in 1992 and has built a strong track record in credit analysis and credit risk management, both in Belgium and abroad. From 2008 to 2011, he served as Chief Risk Officer of Fortis Turkey A.S. Since 2016, he has held the position of Head of Risk, Belgian Retail Banking, overseeing the entire risk management process for Retail Banking Belgium and its operational implementation.
