Céline Dupont appointed Chief Life & Health Officer of Axa Belgium.
Céline holds a master’s degree in management and finance from Solvay Business School and Kellogg School of Management of Chicago. She started her career in 1994 at ING Bank Belgium before joining Accenture in 1997. She then joined AXA Belgium in 2009 to manage Banking Operations, then Insurance Operations and Transformation. Since September 2021 she has been Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Committee of AXA Partners.
Ludovic Theate appointed Head of Accounting & Reporting of Axa Belgium.
Ludovic holds a master’s degree in Mathematics and a master’s degree in Actuarial Sciences.
Ludovic started his career at Allianz Belgium and Ethias as a Non-Life Actuary. He then joined Cigna Europe as a Senior Actuarial Specialist. He is currently Executive Director at EY, where he is responsible for the actuarial aspects of insurance company audits, actuarial function mandates and regulatory consulting.
Ludovic is also a lecturer at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, where he teaches the basics of insurance accounting and prudential standards.
Fabrice Heuts is the new head of all Allianz Belgium Life and Non-Life sales activities.
Fabrice Heuts has many years’ experience in the sales department in Belgium. Fabrice has spent his entire career in insurance companies. He has held various operational, technical and commercial management positions, in both Life and Non-Life. Six years ago, Fabrice joined Allianz’s commercial management team. For the past three years, he has been responsible for all Life commercial activities in Belgium.
